A Very Easy Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (more or less medium size), 1 cup of chopped celery, 1 cup of mayonnaise, seasons.
Mode of preparation:
Wash and clean the chicken. Boil 4 quarts of water in a large pot. Submerge the chicken and now boil quietly, uncovered, for around 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and leave the chicken this way, in the water, for half an hour. Now remove it from the water (you might want to reserve the broth for another use). Pull out as many bones as possible and refrigerate the chicken until cold. Remove all remaining bones and skin. Cut the chicken into rather small chunks. Take a large bowl and mix celery and mayonnaise in it, seasoning it a bit if you like with salt, pepper or other. Add the chicken chunks and toss well. Put into a fridge and remember to serve cold. When serving the salad you can add cherry tomatoes or strawberries – they not only taste great with the salad but also add colour!

All-American Chicken Recipe

This is a very easy recipe and so it might seem really plain, but the crispy golden crumbs make it worth trying!
Ingredients:
chicken wings (2 wings per person), 1 egg, plain corn flakes, ketchup or mustard or both
Mode of preparation:
Take the corn flakes and crush them. Then place them on a flat plate or a tray. Take the egg. Whip the egg yolk and the egg white in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Now take the chicken wings and dip them first in the egg then it the crushed corn flakes. Make sure that both the eggs and the crushed corn flakes cover the chicken wing well. Place the chicken on a greased baking tray and put into a preheated oven (up to about 190 degrees C) for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the wings. The All-American Chicken Wings taste great with barbecue sauce, ketchup or mustard or both! Also fries as a side dish are highly recommendable.
